To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within this 24-hour period.

  • Replacement Pods/Tanks
  • Gift Cards
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Restocking Fee

Return fees are determined at our discretion on a case-by-case basis and may be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • A return label fee may be deducted from your refund if a label is provided by us

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for processing after approval

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Contact us As soon as possible.

Order Cancellations
