General Questions

Yes, absolutely. We take a great many measures of advanced proportions to secure the safety of transactions in regards to protecting your information. All data, including your personal info and credit card info is processed thru online POS system, we take your security very very seriously. We accept all US major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and debit cards. Unfortunately we do not accept International credit cards

NOTE: If you use a prepaid card to place an order, be aware that refunds are issued to the original card used to place your order. No exceptions. You may also want to make sure that the prepaid card is registered to your billing address.

Sometimes, shipping companies may skip some or all tracking scans until the package reaches the destination city. Please don’t be alarmed; this is a common occurrence.

We do have a processing time of 24-48 hours on all orders. If you have not received an email regarding your order, your order is processing without issue and will ship out as soon as possible. For returns, a specific protocol needs to be followed. We only except returns if the item is not working or if you received the wrong products. If that’s is the case please contact customer support.

If the item you ordered is still not in stock during the shipping and handling time frame, we will contact you to offer a full refund or the option to exchange it for a product of equal value with your aproval. Alternatively, you may choose to wait until the item becomes available again.

This is an extremely rare occurrence, as Apvapeshop updates its inventory daily to ensure accuracy. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team.

Apvapeshop.com has a certain amount of Coupon codes generated and they are all monitored.

Our System only allows (1) Discount code, Coupon Code, Gift Card and Reward Hub offer at a time. NOTE: ( NOT COMBINABLE )

So if there is an issue with coupon codes please contact customer support so we can see if it was eligible.

When your order ships, you will receive an Email & Text letting you know it’s on the move, and your tracking number will be included please give up to 3 business days for your status to update. 

Shipping transit times depend on the option selected at checkout and can range from 1 to 9 business days. We aim to process and ship most orders the same day, Monday through Friday, for orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Thank you for your patience as we work to fulfill your order.

We ship out all Connect, Standard & Overnight orders same day Monday - Friday Before 2pm EST. Our shipping department is closed over the weekend. All orders placed after 2pm Est. Friday will be shipped the following Monday after the weekend. 

NOTE: Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Apvapeshop is required by law and committed to preventing sales to anyone under the legal purchasing age for any of our products. When you place an order, your name and address are used to confirm your identity and age. This process only must be done once. In some cases we might be unable to verify your age during check-out and will need you to provide alternate information to complete your order. such as below

  • Last Four Digits of SSN and or (21+) Date of Birth
  • Photo ID Upload
  • Signature 

Disclaimer: We reserve the right to use third party age verification systems, in accordance with federal law. If necessary, we reserve the right to ask for identification if necessary. You must be legal smoking age for the state in which you reside to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase electronic cigarette products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may require to review your identification card. You will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address. We will cancel the order if proper identification cannot be given in an appropriate amount of time. All fraudulent orders may be reported to the local authorities within your vicinity.
